Manual camera controls

ISO and shutter, exposure bias, exposure lock, manual focus, tap to focus, white-balance lock and stabilisation. Every control is re-checked against the incoming camera on a switch, so a value cannot carry over out of range.

Options the camera does not report are greyed out rather than offered and then quietly ignored.
